01The data controller
sertyuoiu.com is an editorial hotel guide, and its editorial team answers for the handful of personal details this notice covers. Reach that team at hello@sertyuoiu.com.
02Reading costs you no data
Nothing here asks you to register, subscribe or log in. All pages open without your details, and we have opted out of analytics, heatmaps and audience counters altogether.
03Emails you choose to send
Should you contact us, whether by typing our address yourself or by letting the contact form prepare a draft in your mail app, the message arrives with whatever it holds, normally a name, a reply address and your words. Those details are used solely to read and answer you.
04Hosting logs
Our web host might note standard request data, for example an IP address, the browser in use, which page loaded and when. Those lines help the host fend off abuse and outages, get wiped on a brief rotation and are not used to pick out any one visitor.
05Local browser storage
Whichever button you press on the storage box is remembered by one tiny browser key. Cookies explained covers it line by line.
06Lines we do not cross
- No ad pixels, social plug-ins or measurement scripts run on sertyuoiu.
- Nobody is profiled, scored or subjected to automated decisions here.
- Personal information is never sold, leased or exchanged.
07Outside providers
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so when your browser downloads them Google sees its IP address. Once you click through to a resort's website, the resort's own privacy notice takes over.
08Why we may hold an email, and for how long
The legal ground is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write in. A thread is kept while it is still open and erased within twelve months of its last message.
09Your levers over your data
Data protection law in your country may let you request a copy of what we hold, have errors put right, have it deleted, limit or oppose some processing, and escalate a grievance to the privacy watchdog where you reside. Drop us a line naming the request and we will respond within whatever period the law grants you.
10Readers below eighteen
sertyuoiu addresses adults only. We do not set out to gather data from minors, and any message we discover came from one is deleted promptly.
